Have you ever wanted to pray the Rosary but weren’t sure where to begin?

You do not need to know every prayer by heart. A guide can help you follow the words and quickly become familiar with the sequence.

The Rosary brings together spoken prayer and reflection on the mysteries of the lives of Jesus and Mary. Each decade includes an Our Father, ten Hail Marys and a Glory Be, while we meditate on a particular mystery.

Begin simply:

• Find a quiet place.
• Bring an intention to prayer.
• Follow the guide at your own pace.
• Start with one decade if that makes beginning more manageable or if time is a problem.

We recommend “How to Recite the Rosary” from the Marians of the Immaculate Conception, which explains the prayers and mysteries.
