Our community has had  a strong bond with Gail Halvorsen, known as "Berlin Candy Bomber" or "Uncle Wiggly Wings" who passed away 16th February 2022 at the age of 101. He had a strong commitment also for this community and we had several meetings with him. We would like to express our deepest sympathy with his family.

His funeral will be on Tuesday in Provo, Utah at 11:00 am (7:00 pm here in Berlin) and will be using zoom for those who wish to participate and pay their respects.

Online Lent Retreat 2022

The Jesuits in Glasgow offer an online Lent retreat to celebrate the 500 years since the conversion of St. Ignatius Loyola is based on his life.  Each day of Lent the retreat we provide an episode from the life of Ignatius, Music, Art, a reading from Scripture and a reflection.
